Great Product
It was pretty easy to install. It’s boosted our signal all through the house. We live in a rural area where service is something you have to search for about 80% of the time. With this booster, I can have a phone conversation without having to worry about switching hands, walking into the other room, or not having my pinky toe held in the right position(ha ha). Works well for AT&T and Verizon cell phone service, but haven’t had a chance to test any other carriers.
Get more bars!!!
The system took me about 5 minutes to connect to the antenna pole, two minutes to align, and another 5 to cable and start using. Could not have been easier to install. Making the cable routing “pretty” will be the most difficult part. I set one hot spot and two cell phones on my table at my cabin. Both phones had one bar and hot spot was flashing orange, Within two minutes of applying power to the amplifier the phones both had three bars and the hot spot went green. I am about 4 miles from my cell tower but have internet now using a simple hot spot. More than worth it.
Fantastic! It DOES boost your phone signal.
I haven’t got this permanently run yet but I’ve been trying out different configurations. I was Leary at first whether it was going to work because the best I could get was -15 dbm and it said I need to be under -12 dbm. Surprisingly the next Monday customer support called me out of the blue and asked me how I liked the product. I told her my situation and she give me several different options to try. After messing with it for about 30 minutes I was down to -2 dBm. I still have some more playing around with it to do before I permanently install it, but A+ to Hi Boost on customer support.
Unboxing Reviews
How It Works
STEP-1
The outdoor antenna communicates and captures cell signals from the cell tower
STEP-2
The booster receives the outside signal, amplifies it, and send it to the inside antenna
STEP-3
The inside antenna broadcasts the amplified signal to the area that needs reception

In addition to different amplification, appearances, and prices, the indoor antenna of the Plus is built in the amplifier. You do not need to run extra indoor cable for the indoor antenna like a Smart Link booster with a panel indoor antenna. Besides the Smart Link is featured with a metal case while 4K Plus comes with an ABS case.

It’s easy to install. This enhances the signal for our entire house. We live in rural areas and you have to search for services about 80% of the time. With this booster, I can walk into another room without worries. Available for AT & T and Verizon mobile services that I have tried before.

I bought this model (F10G-5S-LCD, may be older model as I’ve had it a couple years now). It was easy to set up and works fantastic! Before the booster I had to sit in one room in the upstairs of our house to make a call and not drop it. Now I can wander the house upstairs and down while on the phone. It used to feel like I was back using a corded landline, “let me put the phone down so I can go check that…be right back”;-) Now I’ve come back to the modern world with the HiBoost! Their tech support was awesome when I was setting it up. I wanted to know what the signal values on the screen meant so that I could place the outdoor antenna for maximum benefit. The woman I spoke to explained it clearly and quickly. I’m planning to build a workshop/outbuilding, and will definitely purchase another HiBoost brand booster for that!

This signal booster handled ALL frequencies used by major carriers. It had good videos on installation and usage via the company and YouTube. It came with everything you’d need to increase your signals. The LCD screen was helpful in viewing what was being received and how the unit was adjusting the levels. I would urge you to read the instructions first, find your cell antenna site, get a decent compass then get/buy a friend to help aim the antenna. A lot easier than going in and out, up and down a ladder to get the best signal. It also has an inside antenna which was easy to mount. ALWAYS TIGHTEN ANY ANTENNA FITTINGS to avoid water damage or ‘other’ signals from interfering and interference.

Have a 2500 square foot home, coverage is not throughout home. A second indoor panel connection would have definately helped. We used to get 2 bars inside home with Verizon, with a maximum of 4 bars on iphones. Now we get 4 bars consistently in the area of the house the indoor antenna reaches. 2 bars in most areas of the house that the indoor panel antenna does not reach. We live in an area where our sinal outside is consistently 2 bars. I mounted our yagi outdoor antenna on a homemade stainless steel pipe about 18’ high. I am very pleased with product, have had it for about two months now.

This product is great, worked out the gate, not like the 2 other boosters that I ordered and returned (hard to install, no better service than without a booster). I have a metal roof (recently installed) and while I love my roof, I work from home and the metal roof makes receiving and making calls a challenge , the HiBoost booster resolved that issue immediately. In addition, we have a family member that my wife is caregiver for, and we could not always receive urgent calls, now that the HiBoost booster is installed that is no longer an issue. Thanks again for such a great product that performs as advertised !!!!!

Did a lot of research and very happy I purchased this booster. Being able to see all the cell signals was critical. Went from 1 to no bar and now we get 2 to 4 bars of signal
On our cell phones. This booster is worth the price.

Summary: Kit works well, with two exception. First being an issue with the Android app. Second was an inaccuracy in stated cable length in a user manual, claims 50′ external cable. Reality is that the cable is only 30′. In fairness, I found other documentation that claims 30′. Nonetheless, I ordered assuming 50′, and was short by about 10′.
We are under a metal roof, with poor->fair outside LTE reception. Without a booster, cell coverage was unusable in the building.
Once installed and aligned, we see a ~10dB improvement in signal inside at about 10-15′ from the inside panel antenna, making it very usable. Now get 3-4 bars on my cell phone, compared to maybe 1 bar previously. Probably can still tweak another couple of dB if I spent more time aligning, but until the rain lets up, it’s working well enough.
The hardware was reasonably easy to install. Outside of that shorter than expected cable, I had no issues. The readout on the unit is handy, and the amp seems to be solidly made.
The “SIgnalSupervisor” Android app doesn’t seem to function properly. While the “analog” gauge page seems to work, the main page that echos much of the HW display does not seem to update at any sort of usable rate (if at all).
This degrades the usefulness of the app in helping align the outside antenna.
In conclusion, I have no problem recommending the kit. The issues I mention are certainly NOT show-stoppers, and hopefully will be addressed by updates.

I’m very happy with this product. It has made it possible for us to use cell phones and wireless internet in our home.
We moved to a rural area with NO internet or cell signal. On a good day at a good moment we could get one bar of LTE signal from only one room in the house. Reading about cell boosters, we read that HiBoost had the easiest installation so we chose this one. The problem was that with no cell signal, we weren’t able to use the app for installation. Others will find the app very helpful. We mounted the antenna outside by repurposing a flag pole (you’ll likely need a pole for a one story home – we replaced the flag pole with something sturdier) and went into the attic to drop cables from the outdoor antenna to the booster to the indoor antenna. We immediately went from 1x signal to 3-4 bars LTE in some rooms of the house! We thought we’d be able to cover the whole house, but the indoor antenna covers only what is in front of it, so areas it does not face don’t have the same signal strength. We’re still moving it around to find the best spot, but this requires time in the attic and a way to drop the cable to test for best coverage. The app is helpful as we do this.
HiBoost is effective. It is not ‘easy’ to install if you want to hide cables, but you can just have the cables running through the house and installation isn’t too bad. It is definitely worth it if you need a better cell signal in your home. 4.5 stars because it works well, but was challenging to install (20 vertical feet between outdoor antenna and booster required additional materials) and doesn’t boost the signal in all directions in the house.

This booster works. It took a signal of minus 105 to minus 113 and boosted it to minus 70 to minus 85 directly under the indoor antenna. I use the antenna to boost my mobile hot spot so I set my phone directly under the indoor antenna. That seems to be only negative. The indoor antenna is a bit on the weak side. NOTE: The manufacturer says there must be 20 feet of elevation distance between the outdoor and indoor antennas. Keep this in mind when buying this unit. Durability is unknown at this time.

Mountain property, I was hit and miss for 1 bar. Easy install and 3 to 4 bars consistently.

Still not great service, but better than without it. Changes between 1 and 3 bars of service in a few spots in the house, where before we had 1 or none.
Addie –
Used this for cell signal. I live in a very wooded area. It is hard to get a good signal. Can’t get a steady signal. I believe it to be a good signal booster.

It may be a great product, but it just did not work at all at our lake house.

This cellphone signal booster work. I bought it before black Friday and ran it in my house. My house is big, originally I got 2 bars on one side of the house, and 4 bars on the other side of the house. So I put the outdoor antenna on the side that I got 4 bars, and run the cable all the way back. After I turn it on, I got 4 bars where originally was 2. I’m so happy that it works as described. Installation process is simple, I don’t even need to read the instructions, it’s like plug and play, and all you need to do is to connect all the cable and antenna together, and after that, download the app, then turn it on. Highly recommend this product, it really worth to buy.

My husband and I live in a cabin in Kingston, WA. We live on a privet road in the woods. There are no internet providers that will service the area, and the cellphone service is awful. I have Verizon, which gives us workable data for necessities, but my husband has Sprint and can’t even get 1 bar typically.
After installing the antenna, we noticed a huge difference. We only got one extra bar (we live in the woods, so that’s pretty good), but it’s WAY better. We can finally stream movies at full resolution, download games, play online, and my husband can finally receive calls.
My wifi hotspot from my phone combined with the Hiboost antenna makes this place way more livable.
Totally worth the buy

Went from no signal to 2-3 bars on a Verizon phone. AT&T phone are all running much faster. Couldn’t be more please with this product so far.

December 2021. It’s been about a month since I installed it on top of my roof. It’s still working good. I had weak signal inside because of stucco exterior wall. It boosted the signal from 1 bar to 3 bars. But not to 4 bars. The signal strength does fluctuate depending on the weather though. It’s installed in a living room. The adjacent bedroom get only one extra bar. So if you have a big house or multiple room or basement, you recommend a bigger unit or extra parts. Installation is obvious. But finding outlet at convenient location can be issue. Ideally I’d add extra outlet in a closet or attic space, so I don’t have to see the unit on the wall.
