The system worked great. I saw an improvement up two or three bars. Customer service was responsive when we had a problem. They were very helpful and sent us a new unit.
Highly recommend this product!! I had no service whatsoever inside my trailer, I added this and poof I can use my iPad and iPhone and stay connected to the world!! Please know if there is no cell service where you are you still won't get cell service. This only boosts the service inside your trailer. Absolutely incredible customer service!! They reached out to me to make sure my set up was complete and walked me through the finishing touches!! Can't wait to go away for a weekend and be able to stay in touch!!!!
Installed few months ago. Now on the road in the places where i did not have a service at all or it was to week to enjoy functionality of phone or internet. This time however i have enough service where last year nothing was working. It adds one or two bars to the indicator and that's great improvement.
I bought the HiBoost RV 2.0 installed it and it was not getting a signal after multiple try's moving the antenna around. I contacted customer service and Abeni was a great help. After some configuration they had to send me a new part. Once I received it I installed it and was happy with the results of the HiBoost. I now get 1-2 more bars and I'm in the woods with trees surrounding me. Much thanks to Abeni for the help and quick response.
The instructions were very straightforward, it was easy to assemble. After making the connections, I took the exterior antenna, which I also mounted on a tripod that I had, out to my backyard and hoisted it up 12 feet high. When I back went back inside and put my cell phone near the interior antenna, the reception bars on my cell phone creased from one to two bars to 3 to 4 bars. Then disconnected the Xfinity Wi-Fi to my house to be sure my phone was only using the data from the high boost, and I was able to create a hotspot and connect my laptop to that hotspot. I was able to browse on the Internet with good speed. I'm very happy with this unit. Also, they are very responsive and they even reached out via text to me the day after the unit arrived just to see if I had any questions.
