Great Customer Service HiBooster-, I call and spoke with Abeni and he was very detail and helping resolve my issue on returning the product to HiBooster, he email me a shipping label to send the product back to them so it was no cost to ship it back, this product was not was I was looking for so Hibooster was very kind in retuning and I will be getting a Amazon gift card for my refund which will work out fine for my self. I like to say thank you Abeni for giving me great customer service, and helping me resolve my issue and it was a please talking with you and made the transaction stress free.

The package arrived on schedule. I mounted the system in my car to test out its claimed capabilities, and did a drive test for my backroads country commute to and from work with both GPS going and telephone call the entire 30 min drive. I was expecting it to fail since prior my phone would read no service in some spots. But I was surprised that it didnt drop once. I Highly recommend buying it!

I installed the outside antenna on a short piece of old CB antenna so I could slip in on the old CB antenna spring bracket on the outside of the motorhome. This way I can quickly put in on and off and take it with me. Used the lighter 12 volt plug and placed the inside antenna on the table about 15' away from the modem. Worked great using my phones hot spot for my laptop. It went from speed 10 (or less) to speed 50 at the camp site. I use it for remote viewing of my home office computer for work. It made it go from frustrating to productive. My wife was also able to stream movies while I worked with no noticeable slow down. Thanks.

I purchased this HiBoost as a cheaper alternative to WeBoost. Out of the box I was already pleasantly surprised to see I could power the device via usb vs needing a cigarette outlet. Perfect for my van. I also love that there is an app to show me how well the device is working. My first weeks of testing were frustrating, as it would sometimes work, sometimes give me error codes. This was using the DC outlet on the device. Then I tried using the USB C outlet and it began working as advertised. I finally had service where previously I did not. I was on top of mountains in Colorado on conference video calls no problem. With the HiBoost off in the same location, I had 0 service. Really cool! (Note that in places like this, where the signal is very weak, it helps to have your device right next to the inside antenna. In the future I might invest in a stronger inside antenna as it can be a little inconvenient.)Then one day the device stopped powering on entirely. Step back in time and shortly after my Amazon purchase, I was contacted by HiBoost customer support to see if I needed any help with installation or had any questions. I found this gesture a really nice touch. So when I began having problems, I reached out via text to Dominic, who felt like my own personal tech support. First time I've seen something like that from a company. Being able to text with a real person about the problems was a huge bonus. Dominic helped me resolve any issues and arranged for a replacement device to be sent to me asap. Super cool customer service. I haven't received the replacement device yet but if it continues to perform without hiccups for some time, I will update my review to 5 stars.Another thing worth noting about this device vs the WeBoost is the size. It's much thinner than the WeBoost and easy to store in my van.*UPDATE*After receiving a new device under warranty, I have been very happy with its performance after using for a couple weeks nonstop. As mentioned above, what I love about this vs the weboost is the the fact that it can plug into any usb c outlet in my van. I also love being able to monitor the performance via the app. The only thing I wish was better is the internal antenna can be a little weak. Sometimes I have to have my device right next to the antenna in really bad network areas. But overall, I am able to be online in places I previously could not. Really great device especially for the price. And A+ customer service.

My commute is quite long with bad reception, so my husband got me this booster. He says it is very high quality and really liked their app. There was only one problem, every time I drove near a cell phone tower it causes the LTE700 to overload and I have to manually turn back on the RF Switch...I am hoping future versions can automatically turn back on RF Switch after a short period of time. As you can imagine, it is quite inconvenient to manually do that in my daily commute, but I understand that is necessary to protect the device.Kudos to the tech support team! They are really knowledgeable, and most importantly honest! They did not try to upsell me or anything like that. Other brands (when confronted with problems) tried to have me work around the problems. Not HiBoost! These folks told me straight like it is.I will definitely buy again once they sort out this specific issue. Other than that, it is a great booster!
