How do i know where my carrier's nearest cell tower is?
You can find nearby cell towers by visiting websites like www.cellmapper.net or www.antennasearch.com. These tools help you identify your carrier’s tower locations based on your area.
Do I need a data connection for the booster to work?
No, a data or internet connection is not required for the booster to function. However, there must be at least one bar of existing cell signal. If there is no signal at all (a dead zone), the booster cannot amplify what doesn’t exist.

Finally got to use it in a pretty limited place. It really made a difference. Definitely buy it again.
First trip out with it, seems to work. We're in an area with good signal, but we did gain 1 bar inside RV compared to outside.
After we started traveling full time in our rv,we quickly realized we needed something to improve cell signal. This has made a difference, and when we had questions or needed tech support they were quick to respond to help.
I had ordered the wrong antenna. Emailed the company and the support I received was unbelievable. Not used to that service in this day and age. Totally rectified MY mistake and followed up even after they sent the part I needed to make sure everything was working.
