Using HiBoost service, HiBoost website or HiBoost product ( the “Service”, “Website” or “Product” correspondingly), or accessing any content or material that HiBoost provided you with through the Service or on the Website (the “Content”), you are concluding an agreement with the HiBoost subject details of which are mentioned at the bottom of this Terms and Conditions section.
We kindly ask you to examine the Agreements attentively. They include important information about HiBoost Products and Services we are glad to offer you, placing orders in the HiBoost online store and user guidelines.
2. Enjoying HiBoost
2.1 HiBoost Products
We offer a great variety of HiBoost mobile signal repeater (“Products”) for every customer’s need. HiBoost products range in repeaters for home and office and industrial use. HiBoost home and office repeater line is intended to improve mobile signal reception for common mobile phone users. Industrial line is presented under Huaptec brand and is used to help telecommunications carriers expand the capacity of their mobile broadband networks. Models of every HiBoost repeater line differ in power (13-23 dBm) or coverage area (up to 3000 m2) and network(s) supported (GSM/EGSM, DCS, WCDMA, LTE1800, LTE800, LTE2600).
HiBoost cannot guarantee that a certain Product can always be available. Mind that models and its technical characteristics can be changed on the Website without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change prices for HiBoost Products without prior notice.
2.2 Placing Orders
1) You acknowledge that the Products purchased in HiBoost online store under these Terms are meant for personal non-commercial use only and may not be resold. If you’re eager to resell HiBoost Products we urge you to contact HiBoost on the phone, by e-mail or skype or by filling out a contact form on the Contact page on HiBoost Website and we’ll discuss cooperation terms and conditions. 2) HiBoost doesn’t bear any responsibility for your loss, delay or failure to process your order or receive the Product because of false or unclear data provided while making an order at HiBoost Website.
4) You may place an order in HiBoost online store if you’re 18 and more years old. It’s also obligatory to have an active e-mail address and a phone number at which you can be contacted.
5) HiBoost reserves the right to accept or deny your order at any reason at any time without explanation. If we reject your order you’ll receive a full refund of the paid amount of money.
2.3 Price and Payment
1) Prices on HiBoost Website can be quoted in euro, US dollar, UK pound or other currencies according to your geographical location. You must pay in the currency in which the Product price quoted or selected on HiBoost Website.
2) Payment is required before the Product is shipped only. After you’ve placed an order in HiBoost online store HiBoost is entitled to receive the payment in the amount of the order you made.
3) We receive payments for the goods purchased online at HiBoost Website by means of the following payment methods only:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro)
- Bank transfer
4) HiBoost reserves the right to accept or reject the payment made by any method.
5) To guarantee safeguard of your personal information, HiBoost never hold your credit/debit card data. This data is held by third party payment systems.
6) Your credit card company can perform security check to confirm that it is you are placing an order.
Standard HiBoost Product’s warranty period is 2 years from the day of purchase. If you paid for an extra year of warranty service, warranty period extends to 3 years. The purchased Product can be returned for free repair or replacement only within the warranty period.
In case you choose to repair or replace the Product, you will be in charge of all shipping costs.
Please, pay attention to the return procedure of the Product purchased in Huaptec online store:
- Contact our Customer Service and explain the problem. The customer should contact our Customer Service before return, otherwise we do not bear responsibility for receiving the Product.
- Send the Product to HiBoost Technical Department to the address provided by HiBoost support manager. Physical address at which return can be realized is Herderstr. 94, 40721 Hilden, Germany. Tel: +49 151 68491919
- Technical Department specialists are to check the received Product within not more than 1-month period.
- In case the Product is of adequate quality and works according to specifications stated, the product can be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
- In case the returned Product is of inadequate quality, one of the two following solutions is possible:
- Product exchange
3.1 Warranty Exchange, Repair Policy
- In case the customer chooses Product replacement or repair, the customer is in charge of delivery cost.
- In case of Product repair, technical specialists define repair period after defects checking and then inform the customer. Total period can’t extend to more than 3 months after HiBoost receives the product.
- In case of Product replacement, technical specialists define new Product delivery period after defects checking and then inform the customer. Total period cant’ extend to more than 3 months after HiBoost receives the Product.
3.2 Incomplete or damaged kit
If you received damaged or defective kit, we will replace it at no charge. Contact Huaptec support service and inform of a damaged package or lack of accessories within 1 week after your order is delivered.
If the customer claims the kit is defective or incomplete after one week time period, Huaptec has the right not to replace it for free and ask to send the product for warranty checking and service if defects are claimed.
4. 60-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you’re not happy with a booster purchased in HiBoost online store, you can return the product within 60 days after the product receipt. Within the first 30 days, the refund total equals 100% of the product cost, within an additional 30-day period the refund total is 80 % of the product cost. In any 30-day period the refund excludes delivery cost.
To return a product on your own volition, you should fulfil the following conditions.
- Return the product in externally good order, not damaged or worn-out
- Return the product in the original package it was shipped
- Return the product in the same full kit it was received including original cables, accessories and other components
- Fill out a RMA form
- Bear all shipping charges
If the product doesn’t meet customer’s requirements due to made incorrect choice, the customer has the right to replace this product for a similar one with appropriate specifications. In case of product replacement, the customer takes personal charge of delivery cost associated with return of a previous model and obtaining a new one.
If a price of a new model is higher than a previous order price, the customer should pay the difference.
If a price of a new model is lower than a previous order price, the seller returns the difference to customer’s account.
The product, which is not a subject to return under 60-Day Money Back Policy:
- Returned in not an original, damaged or worn-out package
- Returned not in an original full kit
- Returned after being disassembled, modified or altered
- Returned after being used with not original components or parts
- Damaged due to improper cabling or installation
- Damaged due to misuse, negligence, abnormal physical, electromagnetic or electrical stress
- Damaged due to lightning strikes or natural disasters
Users of HiBoost Website may download or print any or all the materials on the Website for personal use only, on condition that they neither make any changes to the materials, nor delete or change any copyright or trademark notices. None of the information on HiBoost Website may be copied, distributed or transmitted in any way for commercial use without the express written consent from the part of Huaptec Telecom GmbH. Huaptec Telecom GmbH reserves full ownership of and intellectual property rights on any material downloaded from this Website.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
Mind that there can be technical inaccuracies or typographical errors in any information on HiBoost Website. We reserve the right to correct any error or omission on the Website, or change any information on the Website without prior notice. HiBoost may also upgrade and/or make any changes in the products and/or in its technical specifications at any time without notice.
HiBoost does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the materials or the reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed or distributed through the HiBoost Website. Your acknowledge that any reliance on any such opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information shall be at your sole risk. HiBoost reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without notice.
